DUO - Deep Roaster and Grill Lid

Here's a great product from Scanpan and it's just in store!

It's the Classic Deep Roaster with Lid, but here's a fantastic feature of this piece. The lid doubles up as a griddle plate, thus giving you 2 fantastic pieces of the classic cookware
Roasters with lids are in such high demand at the moment and there are'nt too many of them around. This is a good one.
I used the lid in its griddle capacity to cook some salmon and the results were amazing
