Mayonnaise, real easy with the Swiss Bamix

 

It was never easier to make Mayonnaise. Watch as I make perfect classic Mayonnaise at 'Anthea's Kitchen' with the greatest of ease, using the famous Swiss 


Ingredients for Mayonnaise
400ml Rice Bran Oil
100ml Olive oil
100ml White wine Vinegar
1 dessert Spoon Dijon Mustard
3 Egg Yolks

 

Ingredients for Tartare Sauce
300ml Mayonnaise
50g Capers
80g Dill Pickles
1 Hard Boiled Egg
